Australian Police Clearance Certificates
You should contact the police authorities in Australia directly to arrange issue of an Australian police certificate.
The Australian Federal Police in Canberra can issue a National Police Clearance Certificate that covers criminal records in all states and territories, except Queensland. The AFP has advised that this certificate is acceptable in all countries. This acceptance should be confirmed by the client with the requesting local authority. Certificates can be issued either on the basis of name checks or on the basis of fingerprint checks and you should discuss which type of certificate you require with the requesting local authority.

Chinese Police Clearance Certificates
You should contact the local Public Security Bureau (PSB), Entry & Exit Office directly to obtain a police clearance certificate. The Consulate-General cannot issue Chinese police clearance certificates.
